Zion National Park

Zion is one of the scenic jewels of the world. For visual appeal it has the Grand Canyon beat hollow, and I can say that for sure now, having just come from there.

We do a couple of photo stops on the way to Angels Landing.

The plan is to split up, and for one group to hike up to Angels Landing, while the other group hikes up to the rim at Observation Point. Then we can wave across to each other, take pictures, yak on the radio and so on.

As it turns out everyone wants to go on the Angels Landing hike except for PeterK and myself. I've been up on Angels Landing before, and I'd go again in a second, but Observation Point sounds cool too.
